Charming Edwardian wing of Hever Castle. Commissioned in 1903, craftsmen used traditional Tudor tools in order to retain the authenticity of the Tudor Castle. The result is interconnected Tudor style buildings that allow for one of the most historic and beautiful settings.
The Astor Wing holds three interconnecting meeting rooms known as the Tudor Suites, with access to a private terrace and beautiful lawns from which to view the magnificent case and moat, tennis court and heated swimming pool. There are two additional meeting rooms should you require syndicate facilities. Delegates can enjoy the use of a magnificent Billiards Room to unwind and recharge, as well as the a Music Room with sofa’s for relaxing by a working fireplace.
For evening events, the three interconnecting rooms can be used as a function space and in the warmer months, the outdoor terrace area of the Astor Wing provides a space for drinks receptions with stunning views across to the castle.

Guthrie Pavilion offers a spacious, open event venue in the beautiful land tranquil setting of the Italian Garden. The large windows allow stunning views across the 38-acre lake allow an abundance and let in an abundance of natural light into the room creating a bright and inviting space. The venue is decorated neutrally with generous floor space, allowing it to be used a blank canvas and a non-distracting work environment.
For evening receptions, the neutral design means it lends itself to theming opportunities and personal touches. The Loggia, a magnificent Italian style stone structure that overlooks the lake, can be hired for drinks receptions as part of your event and provides a stunning setting for mingling and marveling at the views of the classical fountain, inspired by the Trevi Fountain in Rome, and a lake-side piazza. The Pavilion is also adjacent to the Rose Garden, for a stunning view wherever you look.

The unrivaled splendor of the Tudor Castle can be used for evening functions, with drinks receptions taking place in the Castle Inner Hall, where there is a beautiful gallery inspired by Kings College Chapel in Cambridge and Tudor tapestries filling the walls. After a reception, delegates can be seated in the Castle Dining Hall, complete with Elizabethan oak tables, overlooking the ornately carved stone fireplace.
The castle can be booked for private events most evenings. Day time events are possible on days when the castle is closed to the public.
